- Monitoring your infrastructure for threats that might impact your business. Logs and alerts generated by security devices are analyzed, correlated and classified in real-time and interpreted by Cybertrust security analysts.
- Security incidents are handled actively. They are thoroughly investigated and appropriate action is taken, or an escalation procedure is initiated. Cybertrust specializes in root cause analysis and provides on-the-spot recommendations for remediation.
Additional Services - Proactive maintenance of your devices. Cybertrust ensures that the platform, the operating system and the software of all security devices are maintained remotely. This includes the installation of security patches, hot fixes and service packs. Cybertrust also ensures that a device can be restored at all times by managing backups.
- Updating the rule-set or policy of your security devices. Cybertrust reviews every change request for its potential impact on your overall security posture. Cybertrust also keeps previous versions of rules and policies to enable a rollback in case of problems, and to allow auditors to review changes over time.
