In-Sourced Security Operations Service – SOC Onsite

Some organizations prefer to manage and operate their own Security Operations Center but require up-front assistance in terms of establishing security policies, building a Security Operations organization, and deploying technology. With SOC Onsite, Cybertrust builds and implements the SOC at the customer's facility, providing a platform for real-time monitoring of security devices (e.g., firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, Anti-virus systems, and routers) applications, and databases, thereby improving the organization’s overall security posture.

With the SOC Onsite model, Cybertrust:

  • Builds and implements the SOC technology environment
  • Creates job descriptions for the customer's to-be-hired SOC staff
  • Leads the organization through the process of assessing, training, and coaching its SOC staff, including SOC managers, security monitoring analysts, and shift and service delivery managers
